Meditation with rainbow angel “Archangel Raziel”

Sit in a quiet place as keeping your spinal in vertical position. Those who cannot sit while their spinal is positioned vertically due to any reason, they can lie down but have to imagine themselves as siting vertically.


Call upon archangel Raziel in your heart.

I am with you, breathe.


Now breathe and as you inhale breathe in the rainbow lights into your body. Then with every exhale all things that imbalance you and things that are not suitable to your divine being will be sent out.


Now focus on the root chakra and breathe 7 times 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ( 7 inhales and exhales)


Then focus on sexual (sacral) chakra and breathe 7 times 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ( 7 inhales and exhales)


Then focus on navel chakra and breathe 7 times 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ( 7 inhales and exhales)


Then focus on heart chakra and breathe 7 times 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ( 7 inhales and exhales)


Then focus on throat chakra and breathe 7 times 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ( 7 inhales and exhales)


Then focus on third eye chakra and breathe 7 times 1-2-3-4-5-6-7 ( 7 inhales and exhales)
