The black dragon was in charge of controlling continues planet militarism actions, as well as many drug and weapon mafias.

What comes after defeating the black dragon is the changes within military systems. The hybrids will be eliminated and out of the system (military system). As a result, human forces will be set free from being controlled by hybrids, serving humanity and true light. And they(these human forces) will execute military coups to bring down “the dark governments” which are the black dragon’s puppets.
