Embrace the gifts of light when breathing, with each breath that you take consciously or unconsciously.
Have the intention and the desire, then request to receive the coded light packages of LOVE and WISDOM of the existence.
These light packages comprise of energies that burn all mind controlling programs. Programs such as subconsciousness programs, subliminal programs and re-emerging programs which dark forces used( and still uses) to control people through their subconscious mind.
With every breath that you take, request for all these old programs that are unconsciously imposed to you to be burned and cleansed.
