It was asked from Admonda “one of the galactic federation of light’s physical bodies on earth” that how you should continue your mission after occurrence of the big solar event and disconnection of all 3D communication methods?
During odd hours and once every two hours (at the local time of the place where you live in) meditate each time for at least 11 minutes.
Ask to be connected to galactic federation of light’s forces and to be guided by your higher self for continuing what has to be done through each of you as starseeds.
Also, those who are healers should establish their connection in the same way with Higher Medical Council of Sirian-Arcturian to help those places and people who need urgent help, using the sent healing rays from the Higher Medical Council of Sirian-Arcturian through them.
